How do you bleech hair?

i have tried blonde hair dye but it doesnt work i want a change from natualy black hair with pale white skin i look like a milk boottle am so pale

since your hair is so naturally dark, your either going to have to get it blonde in stages, or have a professional do it.

but chances are, your going to fry your hair,because to bring it up that many levels of color would just be stripping your hair completly.

blonde hair dye will just make your hair a little lighter, like brown, it won't turn it blonde.You'll have to strip the color with peroxide/bleach. Go to the hairdresser or you'll ruin your hair
