close to the end of my hair i have white dots when you pull the hair underneath the dot it breaks...

i also have split ends...

is that normal?

GOD yes. Unfortunately. I will tell ya what I should do myself. make sure you get a hiarcut every 3-4 weeks to keep those split ends in check. I have quite a few of those white dots and the splits, sometimes it is split in multiple places.
