i have fair skin but dark eyes..? my natural color is medium brown [ps: i think im too white for black hair but brown is boring so maybe blonde??]

Whenever you dye your hair, never, ever use a box dye because the developers in the box are too harsh on your hair and will strip it of all its natural oils and vitamins. Always go the a professional or at least buy the stuff at a Sally Beauty and mix it yourself.

PS: Don't ever dye your eyebrows with dye, get an eyebrow color kit from Sally Beauty...you could go blind from the other stuff.

Why don't you try high %26amp; low lights or just lightening the top layer first to see if you like it? It's hard work to keep brown hair blonde-roots show pretty quickly. Good luck!

Get a nice tan... And if you live in a yucky non-tanable place then by some tanning spray, then dye your hair LIGHT brown and add some red and blond streaks!

When you do blonde, dont go for platnium. Make sure you can alter your wardrobe.

Thats with any dye though too. If you change your hair dramatically, then your going to want to change some of your wardrobe as well.
