my hair is almost white blonde and i want to add some bright blue and bright pink to it.anyone know the best brand of dye to get?

My absolute favorite hair color is Punky Colours, Flamingo Pink by Jerome Russell. It turns out so bright %26amp; shiny %26amp; it smells great too! They also have a Lagoon blue for the bright blue you wanted. I think the punky colors last longer and turn out better than Manic Panic.

Just make sure you wear gloves! (unless you want your hands to match your hair) Have fun! :)
