ok well umm im mixed so my hair isnt your typical african american hair. its not like white people's hair though. i really want to be able to wear it curly, but when i try to wear it curly, as it starts to dry it gets REALLY big and puffy. it doesnt necessarily look BAD it just.....isnt the way i want it to be. its ALMOST like this but not quite

ok...that person b4 me is stupid. this question has nothing to do with a moustache.

the people in your first picture's hair is short. i think you mean your hair is like this

http://images.jupiterimages.com/common/d... ...except shorter... just grow your hair out long, the curls will get loger and weighted down. if you hair is short now, they can spring up and give you an afro. even shoulder lenght hair. it also depends on how thick your hair is. if it's really thick like the people in this web page:
