Im getting a hair perm (this time with a professional)?

A couple of months ago I've gotten my first 2 perms. But the problem was that they didn't come out the way I wanted. My hair didn't come out straight enough(my mom put it in, she probably didn't know what she was doing).

So this time, I wanna get it done right, from a professional.

I am mixed(black and white), so my hair is sord of a mix of curly and straight.

Now I know your answer will be something like, "They know what they're doing".

But I'm just a little worried that, will my hair come out completely straight?

And since I'm not entirely black, am I less at risk of my hair falling out(from what I've heard) if too much of the chemicals are put in?

I don't think your hair would fall out to much but it might get really dry. the stuff they use is very smelly and you'll be their for about 2-3hrs so I would bring something to read. They know what their doing so i wouldn't worry about it. their are differnt types to. Check this website out to know what's best for you:

if there are any chemicals at all it is almost certain SOME hair will fall out but it's not a big deal at all. Everyone that gets perms loses SOME hair but that's normal. Good perms require sacrifice!!

it will be straight just probably a little poofy because your black/white. it depends on your type of hair.

you might loose some hair but not a lot.
