You should wait two months or so, but if that's too long for you, then at least a month.

Technically, you can go ahead and bleach your hair right now, but that will pretty much fry your hair - remember that bleaching is more damaging than dyeing. To reduce the damage on your hair, use conditioner profusely, twice per shampoo if you have to. Or get a professional hair treatment, which is the best option, of course.

Also, if you happened to dye your hair at home, then the black dye is probably running from hair whenever you shampoo for a week or so. If that's the case, then wait at least until the dye stops running when you wash your hair.

In the meantime, work around your black hair. Personally, I think black hair on fair skin looks gorgeous.

Oh man U are screwed!!! If its permanent....theres really nothing you can do. DO NOT BLEACH IT!! It will turn orange...it will look terrible. Your best bet is to go to a salon and hope they can try to fix it. But otherwise...U just have to deal with it and let it grow out.

i have heard that to your hair you to dark you can get some of the color out buy washing it with dish soap. You should probably wait two weeks do some hair masks and don't wash it a few days before you decide to dye it

You're gonna have to bleach it. Never do it with an at-home kit though, you're just asking for serious damage. Your best bet would be to go to a good salon and ask them to possibly undo the dye without bleaching, as there is another method to do this. I would just walk in to a salon and ask them how long you should wait.

Go to sallys or a local store and buy some hot oil treatments do them for two days straight ( let them soak 10 minutes on your hair) then after that apply conditionr on dry hair let it soak it up until your hair is dry. Then shampoo and rise do what i said and you should be fine make sure to get your hair cut to trim the dead ends off. So a total of 3 days.

I did this once before. I have to recommend - go to a salon and get it professionally fixed. The bleach will turn your hair an ugly brassy orange color. I know it will be more expensive but it will be worth it. If you try it yourself yourself you will need to recolor it several times and cause a tremendous amount of damage to your hair.

wait like 4 weeks at least and i would suggest you strip it before you bleach it or it will turn out orange i know because I've done it and if you don't wait the hair might fall out.

Well most girls don't like their hair when hey dye it black because it look jet black while natural black hair is not as dark, you shouldn't have to wait any longer try going to the hair stylist and asking for help, you could try letting it fade and you may like it better.

def. wait a few days or at least a week. dying your hair damages it in soo many ways and bleaching is even worse. you should wait until your hair gets some of its OOMF back so you don't completely fry your hair. and believe me, you don't want to do that.
