Why skin get darkar and hairs gets white in sunlight?

Skin has a pigment called melanin which gives darker colour to the skin. It is produced more when sunlight falls on it as to protect the skin from sunlight. so, when it is exposed to sunlight it becomes darker but hair is of dead cells, the cells in it becomes more weaker and becomes white.

Why skin get darkar and hairs gets white in sunlight?

Skin is alive, hair is dead.

Sunlight damages hair and bleaches the colour out of it. There's nothing the hair can do because it is dead and can't react.

Skin is also damaged by sunlight, but because it is alive, it can react by producing pigment which protects it from further damage.
