What do I need to do to get it to look like this:

My hair is shoulder length and not curly. Do I use some type of gel to curl it up and keep it that way for like a day? I see people who use gel or soemthing that makes their hair curly, but the hair won't feel dry. Can you tell me what I should do?

You need to get a permanent...a medium to loose curl or body wave. After you shampoo your hair, then use a real good hair conditioner. Rinse your hair, then apply a dallop sized (quarter-sized) amount of hair gel onto to your hair and let it dry naturally. You can scrunch your hair a bit and then use a touch of hairspray after its dry.

Um...whatever pleases u....try pantene hydrating curls if u want it curly or Redken curl activator...but if u want it to look like thi pic, then get a perm and then get ur hair super wet and full of gel

Use mousse and perm rods. I'm not saying get a perm, I'm just saying use the perm rollers. Have someone put the rods in like if you were getting a perm. Hope your get what I'm saying. Good luck.
