Round face + hair band?

i have a round face and i was wondering whether a hairband [a wide scarf one] makes a round face look rounder.

the hairband is white and my hair is dark brown, btw.

sometimes, it seems that by taking all the hair off my face makes it look wider. but the hairband adds volume on the top of my head, which i heard is flattering for round faces.

I don't think a hairband will make your face look wider, but it will definitely call attention to your head. If you are insecure about the shape of your head, then maybe it's not best to call attention by wrapping an outline color around it. Stick with fun earrings which will divert attention to your ears.

i hate pulling my hair back

it makes my forehead look huge.

but then again i have thin hair

so i guess that cold change the outcome
