My skin is really pale, im almost white. But the hair on my hairs is super dark (black!) It's thin but plentiful, Im in highschool and it's really starting to bug meh, i hadn't though of shaving it but in gym, while playing a game i had to hold my friends arm and it was really soft, and I ask why and she told me she shaves it, it looks really good, and it's just hair right?

I get rid of the hair on my arm as well. But I definitely recommend that you don't shave, because when it grows back in, if you don't have time to shave again, it'll be prickly and not attractive especially since you have such pale skin, and black hair. It'll be super noticible.
I suggest that you use veet or nair, or even wax it if you have the courage to.
Veet/nair, burn the hair and it doesn't grow back nearly as fast as shaving. It smells bad, but doesn't hurt or anything.
And you can buy them at cvs, walgreens, boots, target, walmart etc. And it's fairly cheap (under 10 bucks)
hope this helps!

There are several options. Shaving is probably the easiest and cheapest. You could also try lightening the hair, Nair (hair creme disolver) or use wax hair remover. Eventually hopefully you'll be able to afford laser! Yes! Good luck.

I have shaved my arms since freshman yr of highschool and I am now graduating and I get complements of my arms All of the time..ppl love to touch my arms b/c they are soo soft...i shave so I have to shave a couple of times a week which isnt bad and takes 5 minutes and they dont come back prickly like ur legs b/c the hair on ur arms are thinner so dont worry plus it is super cheap...

I wouldn't shave them, I did it before, it grows back thicker, and you have to shave it almost every day. And when you get goosebumps they're ultra prickly. I'd go with wax if I were you. It shouldn't be too expensive, I think it's like $15 or $25 to get legs waxed so arms shouldn't be much different. Also, after waxing it for a while it will be thinner so it won't be as noticible. Or you could try bleaching it.
